How do I get started with Sorta?
After downloading and installing Sorta, sign in with your account. The app will guide you through setting up your first project and creating a folder structure.
Does Sorta upload my files to the cloud?
No. Sorta works entirely on your Mac. Your files never leave your computer unless you explicitly choose to sync them with a cloud service.
What macOS versions are supported?
Sorta requires macOS 13.0 (Ventura) or later. It runs natively on both Apple Silicon and Intel Macs.
How do I report a bug?
Send us an email at contact@filesorta.com with a description of the issue and steps to reproduce it. Screenshots or screen recordings are super helpful.
What's your refund policy?
